As discussed in class on Sept. 8th, the students will make an induction into the classroom wall of fame. The inductee will be introduced by the student. The students will give an overview of the inductee, their accomplishments, and the reasons why they should be inducted.
They may chose a person/pet they know, a celebrity (musician, performer, athlete, etc..), or even a fictional character. The choice isn’t as important as the presentation.
The Low Down
- 1 min 15 seconds to 1 min 45 seconds
- no writing to be submitted
- students can write their entire induction, use cue cards, or memorize
- provide a printed picture of the inductee for the wall (if no printer access, please let me know by Friday)
- students to be marked on their clarity, pace, eye contact, body language, and poise
